Libraries & Locations

We have three libraries on the Virginia Tech campus: our main location, Newman Library, and two branches, the Art & Architecture Library and the Veterinary Medicine Library.

In addition, the University Libraries at Innovation Campus is located in Alexandrea, Virginia and the Virginia Tech Carilion School of Medicine Library and the Fralin Biomedical Research Institute and Health Science and Technology Library are located in Roanoke, Virginia.

Located off-campus in Blacksburg, the Library Service Center is a high-density, climate controlled space where we keep many of our physical items safe and sound. Materials here are available on a deliver-by-request basis. Researchers are also able to make appointments to visit the Library Service Center.
